3. Services
We provide web development, digital marketing, design and related services as described on our website. The scope, deliverables, timeline and pricing of any engagement are agreed separately in writing (proposal, statement of work or contract) before work begins.
4. Payments
- Invoices are payable per the terms specified in your contract or invoice.
- Late payments may incur interest at the rate stated on the invoice.
- Unless otherwise stated, all fees are non-refundable once work has begun.
- We reserve the right to pause or stop work on overdue accounts.
5. Intellectual Property
All website content (text, logos, designs, code, graphics) is the property of Dovio or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Project deliverables created for a client transfer to that client only upon full payment, except for our proprietary tools, libraries and frameworks, which remain ours.
6. Client Responsibilities
To deliver good work on time we need timely cooperation from you, including:
- Providing required content, brand assets and credentials promptly.
- Reviewing and approving deliverables within agreed timelines.
- Ensuring you have rights to any material you provide us.
7. Revisions & Approvals
Each engagement includes a set number of revision rounds, defined in the agreed proposal. Additional revisions or scope changes may be billed separately at our standard rates.
8. Third-Party Services
Our services may depend on or integrate with third-party platforms (hosting, payment gateways, analytics, ad networks). We are not responsible for outages, policy changes or actions taken by these providers, but we will work with you in good faith to resolve issues that arise.
9. Confidentiality
We treat all client information shared during an engagement as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as needed to deliver our services or as required by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of our services is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service in question during the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
11. Warranty Disclaimer
Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation or that defects will be corrected. We disclaim all warranties to the extent permitted by law.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice as defined in the relevant contract. On termination, you pay for all work completed up to the termination date. We may suspend services immediately if you breach these terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in our city of operation.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated date will be reflected at the top of this page. Continued use of our site after changes means you accept the new terms.
