Dovio started with a problem we couldn't outsource.

I'm Mohit — Managing Partner at Stone Galleria, a granite and marble manufacturer in Rajasthan. Four years ago, we had no website worth speaking of, no SEO, and no idea where to start. I had 17 years in banking (HSBC, Citi, Standard Chartered) but zero digital knowledge.

So I learned. Slowly, expensively, and through a lot of trial and error — Cloudflare misconfigurations, canonical URL splits, structured data mistakes, content that ranked but didn't convert. The full education.

What came out the other side: Stone Galleria now holds meaningful AI citation share on industry queries, ranks for competitive keywords, and has a site built to a standard I'd have paid a lot to have four years ago.

I started Dovio because that journey shouldn't be as hard for someone running a small business as it was for us. Most of the people we want to work with don't know what a sitemap is — and they shouldn't have to. They just need a website that works and a presence that gets found.

We're a small team: myself, the developer who built Stone Galleria's site from the ground up, and two partners who bring their own discipline to the work. We're not a large agency. We're not trying to be. We take on clients where we can genuinely move the needle — and we're honest when we can't.
